Picture This Stockport successful in Good Growth Fund application

We’re delighted our Fletcher Street, Stockport project, a JV with Progressive Living,  has been awarded £15 million through the first round of the new Greater Manchester Combined Authority Good Growth Fund, a recyclable equity scheme.
The new funding means we can accelerate the delivery of our first Picture This development.
