Picture This and Maple Grove Developments (part of Eric Wright Group) put together a fantastic project team to submit a bid for a town centre regeneration project, a public private partnership approach.
Our bid proposed the repositioning of a vacant shopping centre, and introduction of apartments and desperately needed hospitality options, roof level and ground level activation through meaningful and sustainable support of creative and independent businesses.
