Picture This are partnering Ion Vinci in delivering a flagship residential community comprising more than 400 new homes in Chester. The masterplan sensitively repurposes some existing structures where feasible and replaces the dated Forum shopping centre to reconnect and revitalise the cultural heart of the city. The result will be a well-integrated neighbourhood featuring modern, affordable and sustainable homes supported by high-quality public spaces.
