The name Borough Yard has been chosen to reflect the site’s heritage as a former railway yard and gas works, clustered around the Borough Road gateway.

But we want Borough Yard to be more than just a name. That’s why we have adopted 4 simple Yard Rules to guide every decision made over the course of the development.
